Hereis a pic with 17" wheels and 225/45/17 tires. Gas Mileage - 1-2 mpg better with the 205's. Acceleration - No noticable difference. Top Speed - No noticable difference. Grip - My 225's are HP A/S tread for the summer, 205's are Blizzaks for the winter, not an even comparison.
